Kırım ve Ukrayna’nın toprak bütünlüğü tehdit altındadır. Yanukoviç rejiminin sona ermesinden bu tarafa ayrılıkçı gruplar Kırım’da avantajı ele geçirmiştir. Kırım Parlamentosu’nda faaliyet gösteren komisyon ise bütün çabasını bu gergin durumun daha da kötüleşmesi için harcamaktadır. Kırım Parlamentosu’nun bütün hareketleri ve açıklamaları ayrılıkçı hisleri sistematik olarak kışkırtmakta ve bu durum ise Kırım’ın Rusya topraklarına katılmasını isteyen Rusya yanlısı grupların durumunu güçlendirmektedir.
Kırım Özerk Cumhuriyeti’nin statüsünü değiştirmeyi amaçlayan; Kırım toplumunda etnik gruplar arasındaki barışı ve diyaloğu, Ukrayna’nın bütünlüğünü ve bağımsızlığını tehdit eden teşebbüsleri göz önünde bulunduran Kırım Tatar Milli Meclisi Kırım yarımadasının durumu hakkındaki derin endişelerini ifade etmektedir.
Bu sebeple Kırım Tatar Milli Meclisi uluslararası kamuoyunu, Birleşmiş Milletler’i, Avrupa Birliği’ni, Avrupa Güvenlik ve İşbirliği Teşkilatı’nı yardıma, uluslararası anlaşmaların gerektirdiği sorumluluklarını yerine getirmeye ve Ukrayna’nın toprak bütünlüğünü garanti etmeye davet etmektedir. Kırım Tatar Milli Meclisi uluslararası toplum tarafından bir çaba ve niyet gösterilmedikçe ve durum dengelenmez ise artan şiddet olaylarıyla karşı karşıya kalınacağı konusunda uluslararası kamuoyunu uyarmaktadır. Kırım Özerk Cumhuriyeti’nin statüsü, durumun dengelenmesi amacıyla değiştirilmemelidir.

MEJLIS OF THE CRIMEAN TATAR PEOPLE

Crimea is in danger, and so is the territorial integrity and unity of Ukraine. Since Yanukovych’ regime came to an end, destructive elements took advantage of the situation in Crimea. The Board of the Crimean Parliament is making all efforts to make the tense situation even worse. Activities and statements of the Crimean Parliament systematically provoke separatist sentiments, which result in the strengthening of the position of pro-Russian elements that propagate the annexation of Crimea to Russia.
Considering that all attempts that aim at amending the status of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea threaten inter-ethnic peace and dialogue, the safety of the Crimean population, as well as the integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine, the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People expresses its deepest concern on the situation in the Crimean Peninsula.
The Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People therefore calls for the support of the international community, the UN, OSCE and the European Union, based on their international obligations and agreements, to guarantee the territorial integrity of Ukraine. The Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People warns that, unless no effort and willingness is shown by the international community and the situation is not stabilized, there is the imminent threat of escalating violence. The status of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea should not be amended in order to stabilize the situation.

ASSEMBLÉE NATIONALE TATARS DE CRIÉE
DÉPARTEMENT DE LA COOPÉRATION INTERNATIONALE
L’intégrité territoriale de la Crimée et de l’Ukraine est menacée. Après la fin du régime de Yanukovych en Crimée les groupes séparatistes ont saisi l’avantage. La commission opérant dans le Parlement de Crimée dépense ces effort à aggraver la situation tendue. Tous les mouvements et les descriptions du Parlement de Crimée provoque systématiquement les sentiments séparatistes, et dans ce cas, les groupes pro-russes qui voulant que la Crimée fasse partie des terres Russes se fortifient.
Ayant pour but de changer le statut de la République autonome de Crimée; l’assemblée nationale Tatar de Crimée dénonce ses craintes en tenant compte des menaces faites envers la paix et le dialogue entre les groupes ethniques de Crimée, ainsi qu’à l’intégrité et à l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
Pour cette raison, l’Assemblée Nationale Tatar de Crimée invite la Communauté Internationale, les Nations Unies, l’Union Européenne, l’Organisation pour la Sécurité et la Coopération Européenne à venir en aide, à mettre en oeuvre les responsabilités des accords internationaux et à garantir l’intégrité territoriale de l’Ukraine. L’Assemblée Nationale Tatar de Crimée prévient que si la Communauté Internationale ne fait pas preuve d’efforts et d’intentions, elle devrait faire face à cette situation de violence qui s’aggrave. Le statut de la République autonome de Crimée, ne doit pas être modifié pour équilibrer la situation.
